Time Line

Scientific and archaeological study has grouped civilizations into eras. Eras are marked by advances in technology in tools, hunting weapons and implements for cooking and storing.

The graphics, artifacts and reproductions in the First People exhibit follow this time line. The names for these periods of time are used in these online pages, too.
